- The pre-order will stay open around 10 days, then it will change all the pre-order listing to SOLD OUT. The pre-order date will announce on our Instagram.
- It will take up to two weeks to prepare the orders and then they will shipped out to you. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.
- When ordering a pre-order item, please be aware that your order ship date is dependent upon the product’s release date. Pre-order means we are waiting for the product to arrive before we can send it out to you. Transit times do not come into effect until after your order ships.

- We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your country and postal system. International orders generally take 2 to 4 weeks. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers. If you order during festive season, please allow more time for the order to arrive.
