A Little Note on Our Ceramics
Every ceramic piece is lovingly handmade in small batches. Our prices are a simple, honest reflection of the time, heart, and materials poured into each work. Because they are made by hand, you might notice slight variations in shape, size, or color. We don’t see these as flaws, but as the unique character of handcrafted art—making your piece truly one-of-a-kind. Kindly note: Our ceramics are intended for adult collectors and are not suitable for little ones.
Customs & Import Taxes
If you are ordering from abroad, please be aware that customs or import taxes may occasionally apply. As these depend on your local regulations, we kindly ask that buyers take responsibility for any of these additional fees.
Shipping Together
We calculate shipping based on standard South.Korea Post rates. If you decide to bring home more than one item, we will happily combine your shipping and refund any extra costs back to you once your package is ready to fly!
If You’re Not Happy (Refund Policy)
Each piece leaves HESUKINAE STUDIO only after a careful check to ensure it’s in perfect condition. However, if something isn't quite right, please reach out to us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. We might ask you to send the item back in its original packaging so we can find the best way to make it right for you, whether through an exchange or a refund.
