Q1. When will I receive my Art Mail?
We ship all sets on the last day of every month. Once shipped, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Since it's sent via snail mail, please wait with a bit of "cozy patience"!

Q2. Is there a tracking number?
To keep shipping free and affordable for everyone, we use untracked snail mail. This means there is no tracking number, but it allows us to bring these delights to you at a much lower cost.
Q3. What if my mail gets lost?
Because we use untracked mail, we cannot be held responsible for lost items. However, if you haven't received your mail after 30 business days, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to find a solution for you!
Q4. Can I change my shipping address?
We ship to the address registered on your PayPal account. If you need to change it, please contact us before the 25th of the month.
Q5. Can I buy previous months' designs?
To keep the club special, our designs are exclusive to that month and will never be reprinted or restocked. Don't miss out on the current month's story!
Q6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account settings. (Please make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle!)
